Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior analysts to learn and ensure all products meet ETL specifications and guidelines.
- Support the team in validating business rules, data transformations, and integration techniques for various data types.
- Assist in performing integrity checks on ETL/ELT processes, especially during data source updates.
- Help in manually validating data transformations by comparing source and destination tables under supervision.
- Participate in documenting sample datasets, validation scenarios, test cases, and results for certification.
- Provide support for product onboarding and troubleshooting as part of a team.
Expectations:
- SQL Basics: Familiarity with SQL will be an advantage ; eager to learn and apply SQL in real-world scenarios.
- Excel Skills: Basic understanding of Excel and pivot tables.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen interest in data analysis.
- Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn new technologies and grow in the ETL/data analysis domain.
- Added Advantage: Any academic projects or internships in ETL, data analysis, or related fields.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or B com ACCA.
