Role Overview
As a Sr. Advanced Data Analyst for Honeywell Building Automation, you will transform project and account data into actionable commercial intelligence for sales teams and business leaders. This role goes beyond reporting and dashboards, focusing on data quality, business analysis, sales operations, CRM alignment, and market intelligence.
You will validate and enrich project data, identify business-relevant opportunities, support lead prioritization and routing, and ensure sales teams receive accurate, trusted, and actionable insights. Working closely with sales, CRM, BI, and leadership teams, you will help convert project intelligence into sales-ready opportunities.
Purpose of the Role
The role supports Honeywell’s efforts to identify, enrich, prioritize, and route global project opportunities effectively. By improving data quality, business context, lead prioritization, and routing logic, you will help ensure that project intelligence drives better sales decisions and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and enrich project and account data using CRM, public research, and commercial data sources.
- Identify and correct inaccurate, outdated, duplicate, or incomplete project records.
- Support lead prioritization and routing logic for sales teams.
- Align project intelligence with CRM systems, account hierarchies, and sales ownership structures.
- Analyze data quality, pipeline readiness, and routing effectiveness.
- Create leadership-ready reports, presentations, and business insights.
- Establish governance standards and continuously improve data quality processes.
Required Skills
- Experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Sales Operations, CRM Analytics, Market Intelligence, or related fields.
- Strong data validation, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce).
- Ability to work with large datasets and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and business judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, SQL, Python, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of data governance, account hierarchy mapping, and lead management.
- Experience supporting B2B sales, demand generation, or commercial operations.
- Ability to create executive-level presentations and actionable business insights.
