Job Title: Project Coordinator - Impact & Data Analyst
Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, finance, and impact. You will work on real-world systems to evaluate project viability, measure impact, and drive sustainable scaling through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage data systems to ensure accuracy, automation, and usability
- Analyze environmental, social, and financial metrics (ESG, SROI, unit economics)
- Build financial models, PnLs, and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Conduct field visits to validate data and improve operations
- Create dashboards and reports for internal teams and stakeholders
- Perform risk analysis and support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in data analytics, finance, or impact roles
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience with financial modeling and data visualization
- Background in Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Interest in sustainability or social impact is a plus
