Product & Ops Intern

About WeDoGood
WeDoGood was started when we realised that under-resourced entities are not able to grow due to lack of guidance and skillset. We are enabling growth by connecting them with skilled individuals who guide them and solve their problems. The skilled individuals come from top institutions and corporates with good experience and skillset.

We focused on not-for-profits and social enterprises for 4 years and worked with over 1200 organisations across 24 states of India. We are right now expanding to youth, trying to provide personalised and skilled mentorship within 4 hours leveraging AI and aim to support 1 crore youth by 2030. We have future plans to expand to small businesses as well.

About the Role
WeDoGood is building one of India’s largest personalised mentoring programs for underserved youth. As a Product & Ops Intern, you will be at the heart of this effort — running experiments to figure out what mentoring methods actually work, analysing outcomes, and feeding insights back into the product. This is not a passive internship; but a very experiment and data heavy role where you directly shape how we deliver mentoring product at scale.
This role is preferred in-office from our Bangalore office (Jayanagar).

Responsibilities:
  • Design and run A/B tests across different mentoring formats (1-on-1 vs group, session length, communication channels, follow-up cadence)
  • Track and analyse mentoring outcomes — mentee engagement, session completion rates, skill progression, satisfaction scores
  • Identify what’s working and what’s not, and document findings clearly for the product and ops teams
  • Support in improving the mentoring product based on data and qualitative feedback from mentors and mentees
  • Coordinate with mentors, mentees, and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery during experiments
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to track program health and experiment results
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical thinking — comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and drawing actionable conclusions
  • Comfortable with AI tools - not generating AI slop documents.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal hand-holding
  • Genuine interest in education, mentoring, or the social sector
  • Willingness to work 5.5 days a week (5 days from office) from the Bangalore office
