Roles & Responsibilities:
Run analytics on Customer cohorts , Shopper/ Conversion related bottlenecks and come up with recommendation to accelerate growth
Develop and maintain monthly / weekly / daily reports/dashboards to provide understanding on Market Share , Customer Acquisition & Repeat user behaviour
Drive Sales Promotion campaigns / Customer Rewards planning for customer acquisition, reactivation or retention improvement
Track key business KPIs (Actual vs Target) and highlight key areas of improvement
Conduct RCA & facilitate strategic decision-making by identifying trends and patterns
Collaborate with stakeholders ( Product / Data Science) to prepare data sets while performing RCAs
Coordinate with the product team in feature development, testing and execution for Ancillary Revenue Products
Skill Set Requirement:
? Good understanding and working experience with multiple data sources
? Proficiency in MS SQL & Python is a must.
? Advanced MS Excel skills like Power Pivot, Power Query etc
? Exposure to data visualization tools such as QlikView/PowerBI /Tableau is a plus.
? Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about business problems and come up with solutions
