Overview:
Support data analysis and reporting by working with real business datasets to generate insights for sales and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and structure data (Salesforce & internal systems)
- Analyze data using Excel (formulas, pivots, charts)
- Track sales performance and KPIs
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis requests
- Create reports, presentations, and dashboards (Power BI)
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting
Requirements:
- Student or recent graduate (Business, Data, CS, Stats, etc.)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Basic Power BI & Salesforce knowledge (preferred)
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Skills (Preferred):
- Data visualization (Power BI)
- Understanding of KPIs and sales analytics
- CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Ability to convert data into insights
