Global Sales Operations Intern

Overview:
Support data analysis and reporting by working with real business datasets to generate insights for sales and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and structure data (Salesforce & internal systems)
  • Analyze data using Excel (formulas, pivots, charts)
  • Track sales performance and KPIs
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis requests
  • Create reports, presentations, and dashboards (Power BI)
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting

Requirements:

  • Student or recent graduate (Business, Data, CS, Stats, etc.)
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Basic Power BI & Salesforce knowledge (preferred)
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Skills (Preferred):

  • Data visualization (Power BI)
  • Understanding of KPIs and sales analytics
  • CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Ability to convert data into insights
