Role Objective
The Demand Analyst supports the Demand Planning community to improve DP processes and generates performance reports while assisting in forecast improvement through actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate demand planning reports and metrics to improve statistical forecasts
- Establish and monitor KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, OSF freshness)
- Collaborate with demand planners and data scientists
- Optimize processes to reduce inefficiencies and enable automation
- Share statistical and demand sensing forecasts with key insights and risks
- Compare forecasts with final demand plans to identify enrichment ratios
- Support implementation of demand planning tools and systems
- Provide training and mentorship to the demand planning community
