Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Mapping: Track EPR obligations across Solstice businesses in the EU, UK, US, and Canada.
• Data Management: Collect, validate, and analyze complex packaging, sales, and environmental data.
• Sustainable Innovation: Investigate and implement alternative compliant packaging with Logistics and Manufacturing.
• Compliance Reporting: Support accurate regulatory filings and deliver monthly data reports to leadership.
• System Ownership: Maintain high data integrity within EPR management systems and compliance tools.
• Insight Generation: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations to improve data quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve data issues and optimize processes.
• Audit Support: Assist with compliance audits, evidence gathering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Education: Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Analytical Power: Strong skills handling large datasets with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communication: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Execution: Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities smoothly.
