Cost Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Telecom Invoice Analyst to process and audit telecom invoices using BillTrak (TEOCO’s cost assurance system).

Key Responsibilities

• Process and audit telecom invoices in BillTrak

• Assign G/L coding where required

• Reconcile balances, adjustments, and credits

• Investigate audit exceptions and validate billing changes

• Raise disputes for incorrect billing

• Support client requests related to assigned accounts

• Assist with reconciliation of claims and vendor responses

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Understanding of billing, invoicing, and reconciliation

• Ability to interpret contracts and billing terms

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Ability to learn and work with tools like BillTrak and Business Objects

• Good communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge

• Knowledge of Business Objects reporting tool

• Familiarity with telecom billing and invoice processing

• Understanding of G/L coding and reconciliation processes

• Exposure to client systems related to ordering, provisioning, payables, and billing
