Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements, and ensure proper alignment with business objectives.
Documentation: Create clear, concise, and detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specification documents (FSDs), and user stories.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a communicator between the business and technical teams, ensuring that both sides have a clear understanding of the project goals and requirements.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to generate insights, support business decisions, and identify trends or patterns that can lead to actionable improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fresher with a deep interest in Business Analyst role.
Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Analytics or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Business Analysis Techniques: Experience using business analysis methodologies, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder analysis.
