About the Role
At Loop Health, people data is at the core of how we build, scale, and support high-performing teams. As a Business Analyst – HR, you’ll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the People function. You’ll work closely with HR, leadership, and business teams to design performance dashboards, manager scorecards, and people analytics frameworks that bring clarity to how teams perform and grow. This is a high-ownership role where your insights will directly influence hiring, performance management, engagement, and overall org effectiveness. What You’ll Do
- Design, track, and analyze key HR and people metrics across performance, engagement, hiring, and retention
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, manager scorecards, and team-level reporting frameworks
- Define and standardize KPIs for individuals, teams, and managers to drive accountability and visibility
- Partner with HRBPs and leadership to solve people-related problem statements using data
- Own end-to-end people reporting—from data collection and validation to insight generation and storytelling
- Enable data-driven performance reviews, workforce planning, and org design decisions
- Identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies in people processes and recommend actionable improvements
- Drive automation and scalability in HR reporting and analytics
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, People Analyst, or in an HR analytics role
- Strong understanding of HR metrics (performance, attrition, engagement, productivity, etc.)
- Experience building dashboards and scorecards for leadership and business teams
- Comfort working with large, unstructured datasets and deriving meaningful insights
- Hands-on proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and dashboarding tools (Metabase, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous people challenges
- Clear communication and storytelling skills—ability to translate data into business impact.
