Roles & Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering : Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements. Collaborate with team members to understand and document user needs and expectations.
Data Analysis : Keeping up to date with data entry and use tools to analyse the data to contribute to the meaningful decision-making.
Documentation : Contribute to the preparation of clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases following ISO 13485 standards. Maintain documentation for reference and knowledge sharing.
Process Analysis : Participate in the analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains. Collaborate with the team to map current and future-state business processes.
Communication : Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to team members and stakeholders. Participate in team meetings, presenting updates on assigned projects.
Project Support : Assist in project planning and management activities, contributing to the achievement of project goals and milestones. Support the identification of risks and issues, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
