Responsibilities
- Analyze daily performance data, identifying key trends and offering recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support the Airobot product and technology teams with product analysis and quality assurance
- Support the Airobot business teams with ad hoc reporting and customer performance analysis
- Responding to Airobot customer service mailbox
- Being accountable in onboarding and supporting new customers
Skills & Qualifications :
- Domain : Work experience in the Airline industry. Having a strong understanding of different market travel document requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g Excel, Power BI).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey findings and recommendations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
