Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to gather and document business requirements, using techniques such as interviews, surveys, and workshops.
Data Analysis:
Analyze data from various sources, including ERP/accounting systems, CRM systems, and other business applications, to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience, with a focus on optimizing our internal processes and systems.
Solution Design:
Design and propose solutions to meet business needs, including the development of business cases, requirements documents, and solution designs, in collaboration with our IT department and other stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet their needs and expectations, and that they are informed of progress and changes.
Project Management:
Assist in the management of projects, including the development of project plans, resource allocation, and progress tracking, to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Requirements Documentation:

Change Management:
Develop and implement change management plans to ensure that stakeholders are prepared for and can adapt to changes resulting from solution implementations.
Continuous Improvement:
