Job Title: Business Analyst
Role Overview:
Responsible for analyzing business data, gathering requirements, improving processes, and supporting decision-making through insights and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights
- Improve workflows and business processes
- Create reports and documentation
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Translate business needs into functional specifications/user stories
- Support QA and validate solutions
Requirements:
- Any graduate (BBA/B.Tech/MBA preferred)
- 0–4 years experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work with data and identify patterns
- Knowledge of business, finance, or databases is a plus
