What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain reporting solutions for real estate portfolio.

Prepare reports, analyses, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Reconcile portfolio changes and investigate discrepancies.

Validate reports and ensure data accuracy before distribution.

Identify and implement opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, and enhanced data visualization.

Evaluate opportunities for adoption of new technologies and analytical solutions.

Generate actionable insights and contribute to analytics projects.

Create and maintain process, system and reporting documentation.

Deliver ad hoc analyses and reports in response to business needs.

Collaborate with the Technology Team to investigate and resolve user requests.

Responsible for delivery of the final product within the SLA’s including obtaining validation and approvals.

Act as SME and POC to internal and external stakeholders in the area of reporting.

What You'll Need:

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate professionally with internal and external Stakeholders (Clients).

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience using VBA.

Experience working with relational databases.

Proficiency in SQL - experience with Oracle SQL is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Ability to work independently, prioritize activities and manage workload effectively.

Proactive and self-motivated approach.

Collaborative mindset and ability to learn quickly.

High sense of responsibility for delivery service.

Ability to create documentation, share knowledge and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to follow up with stakeholders as necessary and escalate any risks that may impact on-time delivery.

Desirable:

Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

Experience with workflow and data preparation tools, such as Alteryx or Savant.

Experience using PL/SQL

Knowledge of the real estate market – understanding of the lease credentials.

Experience designing clear and effective dashboards and visualizations.
