Business Analyst-ANZ

What will your day look like?

• Investigate business problems, opportunities and operational challenges to support solution design and decision-making.
• Gather, analyse and manage business, functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather insights, build consensus and drive outcomes.
• Analyse current and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Develop business process maps, workflows and analysis artefacts to support solution delivery.
• Evaluate solution options, risks, benefits, costs and business impacts.
• Manage requirements traceability, prioritisation and change control activities.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly across diverse audiences.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Contribute to business readiness, change implementation and adoption activities.
• Apply established business analysis methods, tools and governance practices to ensure quality outcomes.

What will you bring?

• Requirements elicitation, analysis and management skills.
• Business process analysis and process improvement experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing requirements traceability and documentation.
• UAT planning, coordination and solution validation experience.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Process modelling tools such as Visio, BPMN or similar.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship management capabilities.
• Exposure to business case development, feasibility assessments or change initiatives will be advantageous.
