· Work on advanced data science to provide insights to different types of users
· Identify behavioral and attribute based clusters using clustering techniques
· Conduct predictive analysis to create various “what-if” scenarios to drive organizational planning and marketing strategy
· Develop & apply algorithms operating on data to solve real life business problems.
· Be the “go to” person for all statistical modelling/analysis in the organization
Educational Qualifications: Post Graduation in Statistics from Premier Institute with 0-1 year of experience
What is the nature and scope of responsibilities the candidate should have handled?
Experience required
· Strong statistical / Machine Learning knowledge and hands-on experience with statistical tools and techniques
· Demonstrated capability to provide meaningful and actionable insights based on data analysis
· Strong communication skills
· Significant experience in predictive modelling (e.g. Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Ada-Boost).
· Strong capability of running multivariate regression models using Python/R
· Ability to conduct cluster analysis on large datasets
· Good understanding and working experience with multiple data sources
· High level of comfort with receiving, loading, cleansing, enriching & enhancing transactional data sources
· Should be a strong team player & able to work on ambiguous environment with minimal guidance
Specialised knowledge required – Good to have
· 0-1 year of experience in statistical modelling/customer segmentation/predictive analysis in a quant-heavy organization
· Candidates with strong business sense and problem solving capabilities preferred
