This role focuses on post-sales customer engagement, ensuring smooth onboarding, product adoption, and delivering value to healthcare and life sciences clients using advanced data solutions.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to improve customer experience and drive measurable outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers
• Manage onboarding, training, and product adoption
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights
• Support customer lifecycle and project delivery
• Explain technical/healthcare data concepts to non-technical users
• Collaborate with US & India teams across time zones
• 1–3 years experience in healthcare, pharma, or data analytics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with healthcare or life sciences data
• Ability to manage projects and deliver results effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• SQL & Python (data analysis)
• Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, HubSpot
• Data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks
• Basic understanding of healthcare data & HIPAA compliance
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BE/BTech or equivalent)
