• Experience or training in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering to translate stakeholder needs into clear documentation.
• Understanding of Business Process design and improvement to help map workflows and recommend efficiencies.
• Effective Communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and presenting findings clearly.
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and documentation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Interest in learning enterprise technology solutions and growing into a senior business analyst role.
