Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design process improvements.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualisations.
Validate solutions through testing and stakeholder feedback.
Configure and customize client facing flows & maintain documentation
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance.

This hybrid role combines the analytical expertise of a Business Analyst with the technical proficiency of a Configuration Analyst.
The role bridges business needs and technology solutions, ensuring accurate requirement gathering, process optimisation, and effective system configuration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Power BI or reporting tool knowledge.
Knowledge of ITIL or configuration frameworks.
